- Versioning: Every prompt and skill is tracked as a managed asset with an owner, full history, and lineage. A version that has shipped can’t be quietly changed afterward, so the record always matches what actually ran
- Compare and revert: Any two versions can be compared to see exactly what changed, and reverting to a known-good version takes minutes
- Audit logs: Every change is logged by default with who made it and when, providing the audit trail auditors ask for
- Ownership: Every asset has a named owner, making accountability for changes explicit
- Classification labels: Labels such as “Production” or “Staging” make it easy to find and organize the right prompts and skills
