GitHub Copilot for JetBrains Expands BYOK Support, Adds Custom Model and Claude Agent Provider Options

GitHub Copilot for JetBrains now supports BYOK (bring your own key) via custom endpoints, along with customization of the Claude agent provider. Developer experience improvements like a debugger skill are also included.
