OpenAI Extends Daybreak Cyber Defense Access to Ukraine's Government

OpenAI is giving Ukraine's government access to its Daybreak cyber defense program to help protect hospitals, energy infrastructure, and telecommunications, supporting national response team CERT-UA, which handled nearly 6,000 cyber incidents in 2025.
