Kiro adds credit pooling for enterprise teams at $20 per seat
Kiro enterprise administrators can now share credits across seated users through credit pooling. In the Kiro console the feature is labeled Credit sharing.
Details
- Pricing: Each seat costs $20 per month and adds 500 monthly credits to one shared pool. Seat price and credits are prorated for the first month.
- How it works: Credits one user does not use stay available to the rest of the team, instead of being stranded in individual subscriptions.
- Admin controls: Add users or groups, set per-user, per-group, and per-profile usage limits, monitor pool usage, and buy additional credits that are good for one year from purchase.
- Migration: Credit pooling is the only option for new Kiro profiles. Existing customers can move users from individual subscriptions with a Switch to credit sharing wizard. The switch cannot be undone.

Kiro made Claude Haiku 5.5 and Kimi K3 generally available with full support across the IDE, CLI, Crew, and Web. Claude Haiku 5.5 is no longer covered by the Kiro Excluded Models indemnity exception, while Kimi K3 remains an excluded model.
What happened next
Pooling changes how teams budget for agent usage, since light users subsidize heavy ones within a profile. How unused credits roll over month to month is not disclosed in the changelog entry.
