Skywork Unveils "Skywork Tags," Letting AI Join Team Chats Directly
Kunlun Wanwei announced a new feature called “Skywork Tags” alongside the release of “Tiangong 3.2.” Rather than positioning it as a personal assistant, the company is presenting a new form of AI agent that can join a team’s group chat directly.

- How it works: Simply mentioning “@Skywork” inside a group chat on Slack, Feishu, DingTalk, Discord, Telegram, or similar tools brings the AI agent into the discussion in real time to help solve problems
- Designed not to disrupt workflows: There’s no need to switch to a different tool — users can summon the AI right within the chat flow they already use
- Context accumulation: Through repeated interactions with team members, it gradually learns the team’s conversation patterns, project background, and individual preferences, becoming more accurate the more it’s used
- Internal validation results: A shared team version of the agent reportedly showed higher expertise and accuracy on complex tasks than a personal AI assistant, and the team that tested it fully switched over to the shared version
